No way he is below superman, he could destroy the sun in ONE PUNCH! No wonder he suffers from ennui and depression. As long as he has an arm to punch will he'll kill superman on shot. Even the most powerful Silver version of superman dies to this guy. I will bet money if a comic ever comes with a crossover of this superman is going to get seriously f-ed up.
