Yes a single witch CAN take out a Pekka or barb king because they get distracted by the skeletons. It is pretty funny to watch!

Witch has extremely lw hp. Thus it is of no use if a defense is near. Till the time defences are destroyed by giants she has to wait and then it is of no use.It is worse when single.

If in the CC, the witch would be dominating the battlefield. The ability that it could spawn skeletons is so powerful!
