So sad. She was so brave to volenteer for Annie, knowing that she would die in the end. Mags also sacrificed herself to save her Group and Peeta in Catching Fire.

I think Mags' death should have been no. 2 because she was really a great character, even though we knew her for such a little time.

I always have a soft spot for the elderly in a movie...and she gave herself up for Peeta...and then we also had Finnick's reaction...
